Specifically, we want to support local young human rights activists and emerging independent investigative journalists who report on solution-oriented themes.
These are people in
- the East of Congo,
- Rwanda,
- Burundi and
- Uganda.
We issue an annual call for proposals and fund the best ones, with the resources that the fund can raise. The fund also helps to publicize the publications that result from it.
